Professional Bike Fitting:
We have been fitting bikes to riders for 20 years. We are using The Fit Kit, which is the oldest most researched and proven fitting system in the industry. When you buy a road bike from us we will choose the correct frame size with your input, and then put the bike in a trainer, put you on the bike and adjust it (changing components where necessary) to optimize your comfort and performance. The Fit Kit is a database that gives us some guidelines on how to set up a bike based on the rider’s body measurements. We do a professional fitting free of charge with every road bike we sell.

Club rides and MS150 training rides:
The UBG Cycling Club (independent of the store) meets at The Urban Bicycle Gallery every Wednesday evening at 6:30pm for a twenty mile ride in town. They also meet at the store on Saturday morning at 8am for a twenty miler. Every Sunday morning the club rides also but the route and starting point varies. Professional bicycle repair:
We have a full service repair shop and everyone that works here has years of experience in bicycle repair.

DRIVE TRAIN: Complete disassemble clean and check derailleurs, crank and bottom backet. Lubricate, and fine tune.
WHEELS: Clean and check rims, hubs, spokes, nipples. Establish correct tension, true laterally, and radially.
BRAKES: Check for worn pads clean and check calipers, levers, and cables. Lubricate and fine tune.
Clean and check for damaged seat post, frame, and fork.
Tires inspected and inflated.

One year free maintenance on all bikes we sell:
If you buy a bike from us you can bring it back anytime you want as often as you want during the first year of ownership for free tune-up which includes straightening wheels, adjusting the gears, brakes and bearings. Tire inflation, chain lubrication and tightening all nuts and bolts are also included. This free service for the first year ensures that your bike will break-in properly and you will have an enjoyable ownership experience.
