A medium-weight, short-sleeve base layer tuned to keep your core lightly insulated and dry in cool conditions. This protective layer sets the foundation of our ASSOS Layering System, doing the job of keeping your upper half lightly insulated and dry in the cool, challenging conditions of spring and fall. Having been tested over and over again by our product team until we were finally satisfied, the Spring/Fall SS Skin Layer represents a total first-layer reset. A cool-weather-tuned blend of carbon and polypropylene yarns are employed to pull moisture away from your skin and insulate your core, keeping you dry, insulated, and comfortable from the outset. The thicker Circular Seamless construction introduces a tubular knit that's free of side seams, creating an ultrasoft, comfortable feel against the body. The sleeves are sewn directly into the armhole to promote a full range of motion beneath additional layers.

An endurance cycling jersey with a streamlined fit, breathable textile, and frictionless raw-cut sleeves, re-engineered with lighter construction and less restriction. For the next evolution of our proven MILLE GT jersey, we opened the front of the collar and updated the fit across the chest and throat, relieving pressure for easier breathing and less restriction. The sleeves and collar feature a new material that shaves 15g (size medium) off the previous jersey's weight while retaining the highly elastic, wrapping fit and active moisture management. The new bonded hem and zipper reduce friction between layers and rippling across the stomach while in the riding position. - 73%PL 15%PA 12%EA

The next generation in committed riders' bib shorts of choice, defined by its frictionless waist, refined air-cooling insert, and muscle-wrapping textile. We took this generational redesign as an opportunity to make the MILLE GT better at the things we loved about its predecessor, including our premium X-frame suspension carriage, a refined comfort waist fit, and a reduction in seams and weight (28% and 5g, respectively). The insert also got some attention, inheriting the increased ventilation of our GTS/GTO models and receiving 3mm of additional cushioning. We also updated the Odor Control Top Sheet Tex to the Sugar Blue colorway. - 80%PA 20%EA

Introducing the next generation of MILLE bib shorts—building on the iconic GT Total Comfort formula with a double-layer insert and more responsive, compressive textile. Why we made it GTS marks the introduction of the second generation of MILLE—an all-new bib short that builds on the iconic GT shorts’ Total Comfort formula with its plush double-layer insert, fatigue-reducing textile, and revamped fit. We’ve engineered it for committed riders looking for added comfort during training to everyday riders seeking maximum long-distance support.
$280.00
Thermal bib shorts for training and racing in the cool, dry conditions of spring and fall. These shorts are built for cyclists committed to the racing and training program, regardless of falling temperatures. BEHIND THE PRODUCT These bib shorts are appropriate for cooler temperatures that don’t yet warrant knee or full-leg coverage. The thermal insulation is reinforced with inclusions (the twinDeck construction on the crotch panel) and omissions (we left out the kraterCooler chamois ventilation in that same panel) designed to preserve core warmth without providing too much coverage. The balance of warmth and breathability recommend these shorts for tempo efforts and base miles in cool temperatures, and the addition of warmers—secured with the shorts’ Ultralight Leg Grippers—lets them follow the mercury still further down the thermometer.

GTO marks the pinnacle of the Total Comfort MILLE GT line - spiritual successor to the iconic CENTO and Campionissimo Bib Shorts. It features the plushest, most responsive and breathable ASSOS insert to date, wrapped in our new frictionless, wrinkle-free paneling. The GTO has two leg lengths: STANDARD and LONG (+3cm vs standard). BEHIND THE PRODUCT With large-muscle support, friction, and excessive pressure remaining critical issues on long-duration rides, GTO destroys conventional bib short construction formulas. We reversed stitch lines and radically reshaped the insert to eliminate friction and genital pressure, while providing matchless muscle support with tapered, wrinkle-free leg panels that mirror your personal physique.

Our plushest insert, low-volume insulation, and targeted protection combine to create the definitive regular fit Winter bib tights for the harshest cold-weather conditions. BEHIND THE PRODUCT To engineer the first protection-oriented winter bib tights, we developed our IMPACTOR construction using a two-layer system that targets the hip panels. First, we adopted our durable ripstop dyneRope textile from our off-road equipment collection. Second, we re-engineered our removable impactPads with a more flexible, breathable design. The result is built-in abrasion resistance, impact protection, and frictionless ASSOS comfort that ensures you’re prepared for winter’s toughest environments.

The creation of this product started with a list of the things we wanted to fix about winter gloves: we wanted to make a glove that's warm without being bulky, is easy to get on and off, is mostly waterproof without having it suck in dry weather due to low breathability, and is super comfortable. We innovated everything on this glove, starting with the base fabrics: we've used a stretch water-resistant windproof outer shell over PrimaLoft Gold insulation to make it warm, and an insanely soft inner liner that happens to slide easily over even a sweaty hand for easy on/off. The wrist zipper allows the glove to open almost completely for ingress/egress and also slims up the glove so it doesn't look like a ski glove, even though it's good for moderately cold temperatures. - Rain or Shine product made to excel in both dry and wet conditions - PrimaLoft Gold insulation for warmth - YKK water-repellent zipper for easy on and off - Engineered silicone print for optimal grip - Water-repellent fabric for protection in wet conditions -Touchscreen inserts at fingertip

The baggy-short look without the feel, thanks to the slimmer fit and stretch woven fabric. It's ready for long-distance endurance rides, but it's also a great-looking casual short off the bike. - Stretch woven fabric with DWR finish - Extremely light so you won't even feel it on - 2 front pockets and 1 zippered rear pocket - Stretch waistband with zippered front opening - Scorpion button logo There are those days when a baggy short just seems like the right look. But you always debate whether you're willing to compromise comfort for that look, and you end up wearing Lycra®. So we set out to make a better baggy. We reached for a stretch woven fabric that gives great stretch but in an unbelievably lightweight yet durable fabric. We gave it a DWR finish so mud and water roll-off. We gave the short two top-opening pockets like jeans so that whatever you put in there won't fall out. We made the cut fairly close to the body so you look good off the bike but the short doesn't balloon out when you're on the bike. It all just kinda disappears. The short doesn't have its own seat pad, so wear this over your favorite Castelli short. The Superleggera is a good choice for warmer weather, or the Unlimited if you want the extra pockets.

Does gravel need a new dress code? maybe, but with fat tires and big-tubed bikes with bags on them, an aero jersey just doesn't look right. But why should you give up performance and comfort? that's the concept behind this jersey: all the performance of Castelli's best jerseys except the aerodynamics. First, we created a new fabric with leading Italian knitter Borgini. The lightweight fabric has a small horizontal stripe and a gorgeous soft hand. It maintains outstanding moisture management and ample horizontal stretch but has limited vertical stretch so your pockets don't sag. And it blocks 98% of uv rays. The jersey has a neutral fit to it: straighter in the body, extra space across the chest. Less drop from front to back. The design is clean and technical; even the chest stripe is embossed for tone-on-tone detailing. No more feeling self-conscious at your coffee stop. The jersey is full of thoughtful details, like a covered YKK front zipper, a fourth zippered key pocket, and bonded no-sew sleeve endings. - Interlock 115g 100% polyester fabric for excellent moisture management - Medium fit for comfort on the trail or road - Partially covered YKK Vislon zipper - 3 rear pockets with extra zippered security pocket - Embossed stripe across chest
$149.99
If you had to choose one jersey to do it all, this would be the one. The name kind of says it all: Endurance. For your long rides, a jersey needs to be able to do it all, offering comfort, carrying capacity, a wide temperature range with sun protection, and good aerodynamics. This jersey checks all those boxes. The comfort comes from a close-to-body fit with stretchy fabrics so it doesn't feel tight. Four different fabrics keep you dry while covering every temperature range from mild to hot. And extra comfort comes from details like the flap behind the zipper to protect your neck and the stretch sleeves with raw-cut edges that never bind or constrict. The pockets feature Castelli's drop-pocket design, which places the pockets lower on the back for easier access. There's even a fourth zippered pocket for valuables. Your long rides and even your short rides will be faster with less effort because this jersey is also highly aerodynamic, especially through the sleeves and shoulders, which feature the same fabric used on several generations of our pro-level race jerseys. The old saying is jack of all trades, master of none. The Endurance Pro Jersey really is master of all. - Endurance and all-around jersey with mix of aerodynamics, comfort, and convenience - Velocity dimpled fabric on front and shoulders for faster drying - Air mesh sleeves with raw-cut sleeve ending - Multifilament fabric on back blocks 94% of UV rays - Nervato fabric at armholes for improved aerodynamics
$149.99
All the performance you expect from a Castelli jersey except for the aerodynamics. That's why this is the ideal jersey when you're riding anything from asphalt to gravel to dirt-anytime you value comfort over aerodynamics. The feature list includes a new 95-gram 92/8 polyester/elastane fabric that keeps you dry while providing plenty of stretch. It has a YKK vislon front zipper that's partially covered for a clean look. There's a fourth zippered key pocket and silicone gripper elastic at the waist. The jersey has a neutral fit to it: straighter in the body, extra space across the chest. Less drop from front to back. The sublimation-printed graphic looks equally at home on dirt or tarmac. - Lightweight polyester/elastane blend fabric for excellent fit and moisture management - Medium fit for comfort on the trail or road - Partially covered YKK Vislon zipper - 3 rear pockets with extra zippered security pocket - Embossed stripe across chest

This baggy short is made for hard trail duty when you want the look of a baggy but the freedom of lycra. The fabric is extremely light, just 165 grams per square meter, but hard wearing thanks to 64% Cordura yarns. The 10% elastane gives it four-way stretch. Not only does it dry quickly, but the water-repellent fabric treatment means it sheds light rain and stays cleaner. The cut is slightly looser so it moves with you, never restricting. Yet the adjustable webbing belt at the waist lets you lock it in place so it won't slide down. With the ultimate trail short you should never feel too hot, so you can open up the zippered ventilation openings that run the full length of the legs, made to work with the mesh legs of the Castelli unlimited ultimate liner. You've never been this cool in a baggy short. - 165g 4-way-stretch woven Cordura fabric with DWR finish - Double-slider zippered ventilation along full length of legs - Extremely light so you won't even feel it on - 2 front pockets - Adjustable webbing belt for secure fit at waist, with zippered front opening

The ideal tight for most of your winter riding, the Velocissimo is focused on comfort for riding in mild to cool conditions. We've used our Thermoflex fabric for most of the tight. It's not our warmest fabric, nor does it repel water like Nano Flex, but it is the softest, stretchiest winter tight fabric. The comfort is immediate and lasting. For the lower leg from just below the knee, we switch to our Nano Flex fleeced stretch-woven fabric that's both warm and highly water repellent for protection against spray coming off wet roads. It's also highly stretchy, and we leave a raw edge so we can construct the ankles without zippers while making sure the tight remains easy to put on and take off. The Kiss Air2 seat pad and mesh bibs keep your bum and upper body happy, while large reflective detailing keeps you visible. - Thermoflex fabric from knee to waist for warmth and comfort - Nano Flex stretch-woven fabric with brushed fleece inside at lower leg for splash protection from wet roads - KISS Air2 seat pad - Mesh bib straps - Zipperless ankle to reduce bulk inside shoe covers - Reflective inserts on thighs for visibility on back and sides

This jacket does three things really well: the Tempesta Stretch fabric provides full waterproof protection, the four-way stretch makes it fit any body type, and it looks great on and off the bike. Compared with our more expensive GORE-TEX Idro jackets, you give up the best-in-class breathability and extreme packability, but you gain a stretch fit and increased durability. We developed the fabric to our own specifications to make a jacket that is fully waterproof, comfortably stretchy, packable enough to fit in a jersey pocket, and with an appearance and hand that make it look great. This is meant to be a rain shell worn over a jersey, so we've forgone the external pockets and kept the construction simple to minimize seams. We've given it a vent on the back to prevent overheating, a covered zip to keep spray out, and reflectivity for safety. - Tempesta Stretch fabric with windproof PU membrane provides 10,000 mm waterproofness with 20,600 g/m2/24h breathability - Taped shoulder seams for waterproofing - Stretchy for an extremely comfortable fit that moves with you - Packable enough to fit in a jersey pocket - Covered easy-sliding YKK Vislon zipper - Extra-long tail for protection from wheel spray - Vent on back - Reflective stripe at the lower back

Ready to move up to a better cool-weather jersey? The Tutto Nano RoS Jersey features a number of upgrades compared to what you've probably been using. First is the stretch fit that moves perfectly with you, made possible by the Nano Flex 3G fabric, the same fabric we use to make our arm and leg warmers as well as our Sorpasso tights. This close-to-body fit actually makes the jersey warmer by avoiding fabric flapping in the wind. Second is the tighter knit of the fabric compared to traditional thermal jersey fabrics. It lets less air through so you stay warmer. Next is Castelli's proprietary nanotechnology water-repellent finish. On dry days you won't even know it's there, but when you get some light rain or wet roads then you stay drier. Last is the 360° reflectivity, thanks to the panels on the shoulders and lower back. Of course, the Castelli attention to detail is there, with the easy-sliding YKK Vislon zipper with rubberized pull and the silicone gripper elastic to prevent the jersey from riding up. - Nano Flex 3G fabric features warm brushed fleece inside with 20% elastane for stretch and Castelli's unequaled Nano Flex water-repellent finish - Reflective fabric inserts at the shoulders and below pockets - 3 rear pockets - YKK Vislon zipper - Embossed logo
$189.99

Innovative evolution The Free Aero RC Bibshort is our top race short, which also means that it's insanely comfortable even if you never pin on a number. It's fair to say that we've been working on this short for the past 15 years. That's how long it's been since the original free aero race bibshort was first introduced, initially as our top-of-the-line race short. Since then it has won three Tours de France, three Gri d'Italia, one Vuelta, and San Remo, but it also became the best-selling product in the history of Castelli because, simply put, this is the short that does everything well. The concept is quite simple: start with the best pad we know how to make, surround it with a supportive short with good muscle compression, and then remove everything else that's not absolutely necessary. You feel free thanks to the reduced number of panels and the reduced number of seams. In fact, the short portion has just 5 panels compared to 10 in the previous generation. You feel free because of further refinements to the Progetto X2 air seamless seat pad. The two densities of foam plus the gel pads provide progressive damping, while the separate skincare layer is soft and stretchy to move with your skin. You feel free thanks to the most minimal bibs you've ever seen in a short, including open-weave straps for maximum airflow. But we reinforced the yoke so the straps stay in place and made the mesh back narrow for coverage that is minimal yet just enough to hold the shorts in place. And the bib elegantly frames a convenient pocket at the center back. You feel free because this is the first high-end short that doesn't need any sort of gripper or elastic at the end of the leg to keep the leg in place. Getting this right meant 28 prototypes and our most extensive test program ever, and it results in the most comfortable leg ending we've ever made. The Forza 2 fabric has 32% lycra with a high modulus for exceptional muscle support and just the right amount of compression. There's reflective piping on the back. And all logos are either stitched or embossed for durability. - High-compression 215g Forza 2 fabric with 32% lycra content provides exceptional muscle support and compression - Progetto X2 air seamless seat pad is soft against the skin but well padded for long-distance comfort - Minimalist bib straps allow maximum airflow, while a reinforced yoke keeps the straps flat over the shoulders - Rear mesh pocket - 5-panel construction for reduced seams and less chafing - Sublimation-printed graphic and logos that will never peel, crack, or fade - Reflective piping on back of legs - Soft waistband with raw-cut edge panels for extra stretch and comfort - Raw-cut leg ending engineered to stay put without silicone grippers
$219.99
The perfect mix of comfort and speed. Engineered for top-level racing, which also makes it supremely comfortable for every ride and rider. - High-compression 215 g Forza 2 fabric with 32% Lycra® content provides exceptional muscle support and compression - Progetto X2 Air seamless seat pad is soft against the skin but well padded for long-distance comfort - Minimalist bib straps allow maximum airflow, while a reinforced yoke keeps the straps flat over the shoulders - Rear mesh pocket - 5-panel construction for reduced seams and less chafing - Stitched scorpion logo patch and embossed Castelli wordmark for durability

If you're looking for just one jacket to do it all, start here. We used our lightest GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ WINDSTOPPER three-layer stretch fabric, which makes it great for milder conditions, and the stretch gives it a great fit. It's the same outer fabric as we use for our Alpha RoS 2 Jacket, called "The benchmark in how the best winter jackets should perform" by Cyclingnews.com, but the Go Jacket forgoes the Alpha's integrated liner so you can decide how much insulation you need. Add a Flanders Warm base layer and thermal jersey to extend the comfort range to subfreezing temperatures. But the fabric is only the start. We've tailored the fit to be close to body but not too close. It gives a good drape to the jacket, rounded out by details like the no-sew finishing to the hem and the zippered colored chest pocket. The hidden internal cuffs are a nice comfort touch, and you'll appreciate how they eliminate drafts from the wrist. There are three pockets on the back, with a large reflective strip stretching across the entire bottom of the pockets for nighttime visibility. Where does this jacket fit in our line? It's similar in warmth to the Perfetto RoS Long Sleeve, but it has a more tailored and elegant look, with a slightly more relaxed fit, and it's not quite as protective in wet weather. - Full soft-shell construction with GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ WINDSTOPPER 150 keeps cold wind out while offering exceptional breathability - Excellent stretch with a neutral fit for extra comfort - Internal stretch wrist closure for perfect glove interface - Zippered chest pocket - YKK Vislon zipper with rubberized zipper pull - No-sew waist construction for clean, technical look - 3 rear pockets - Large reflective strip across pockets for low-light visibility
$249.99
Good for everything from road riding to bikepacking, this vest packs a surprising amount of warmth into a surprisingly small amount of space. The microfiber shell fabric keeps the wind out, while the polartec alpha direct insulating layer provides exceptional warmth with minimal weight. The stretch side panels improve fit and ventilation and are treated to be water repellent, as is the rest of the vest. There's a zippered chest pocket for valuables and two large back pockets for easy access. The wide range of conditions that this vest covers means that you'll use it on the road in the spring and autumn, wear it on your gravel rides in the mountains during the summer, and stash it in your handlebar bag on your next bikepacking adventure. - Coated windproof microfiber woven outer shell with dwr treatment - Polartec alpha direct insulation layer for maximum loft with minimum bulk - Nano flex stretch woven fabric on sides and pockets adds stretch and breathability - Zippered pocket on chest - 2 large rear pockets

The Premio Bibshort has been engineered to provide the ultimate in long-distance comfort and to be your favorite bibshort ever. That's a big claim, but there's a lot of development in this short to back it up. So let's take a tour of the short. The first thing you might notice is what's missing: the seams and multiple panels. We engineered a new fabric that changes depending on the needs over various parts of the body. The lower leg has a raw-cut leg ending and rubberized yarns to guarantee a flat grip to keep the leg in place. The fabric becomes lighter in the thigh, while the four-way stretch provides just the right amount of muscle support. In the pelvis area, the compression and support increase to keep the seat pad and everything else in place, and the fabric gets thicker to avoid any embarrassing transparency issues. With this magical fabric we don't need to stitch separate panels together, which ensures more comfort and a better fit, as well as a sleek, sophisticated look. The premium fabrics extend into the bib straps. The perforated back keeps you cool and the edge is bonded so you don't feel the thickness of a stitched edge. The elastic straps have just enough modulus (return) to hold your shorts securely in place without cutting in to your shoulders. The seat pad is our top-of-the-line Progetto X2 Air Seamless pad. It's actually two separate components: a soft, stretchy Skin Care Layer next to your skin, which has the sole purpose of preventing any rubbing on your skin, and, under that, the Cushioning Layer, which features two separate densities of foam along with breathable perforated gel inserts under the ischia bones and perineum. We've carried the less-is-more theme into the design, with minimalist laser-etched logos and subtle finishing. It looks as premium as it feels. You can tell that every component, every stitch, every detail has been obsessed over. You'll not find a better bibshort. - The premium all-conditions short - Gradient stretch woven fabric for the right support in the right place - Woven fabric weighs 30% less than comparable knit fabric - Perforated back bib panel with lie flat bib straps that don't bind at shoulders - Integrated gripper elastic at leg ending holds short in place without need for extra silicone grippers - Laser-etched logos with RossoCorsa at center back and black scorpion shadow logos at lower legs - Progetto X2 Air Seamless seat pad
