A medium-weight, short-sleeve base layer tuned to keep your core lightly insulated and dry in cool conditions. This protective layer sets the foundation of our ASSOS Layering System, doing the job of keeping your upper half lightly insulated and dry in the cool, challenging conditions of spring and fall. Having been tested over and over again by our product team until we were finally satisfied, the Spring/Fall SS Skin Layer represents a total first-layer reset. A cool-weather-tuned blend of carbon and polypropylene yarns are employed to pull moisture away from your skin and insulate your core, keeping you dry, insulated, and comfortable from the outset. The thicker Circular Seamless construction introduces a tubular knit that's free of side seams, creating an ultrasoft, comfortable feel against the body. The sleeves are sewn directly into the armhole to promote a full range of motion beneath additional layers.

An endurance cycling jersey with a streamlined fit, breathable textile, and frictionless raw-cut sleeves, re-engineered with lighter construction and less restriction. For the next evolution of our proven MILLE GT jersey, we opened the front of the collar and updated the fit across the chest and throat, relieving pressure for easier breathing and less restriction. The sleeves and collar feature a new material that shaves 15g (size medium) off the previous jersey's weight while retaining the highly elastic, wrapping fit and active moisture management. The new bonded hem and zipper reduce friction between layers and rippling across the stomach while in the riding position. - 73%PL 15%PA 12%EA

The next generation in committed riders' bib shorts of choice, defined by its frictionless waist, refined air-cooling insert, and muscle-wrapping textile. We took this generational redesign as an opportunity to make the MILLE GT better at the things we loved about its predecessor, including our premium X-frame suspension carriage, a refined comfort waist fit, and a reduction in seams and weight (28% and 5g, respectively). The insert also got some attention, inheriting the increased ventilation of our GTS/GTO models and receiving 3mm of additional cushioning. We also updated the Odor Control Top Sheet Tex to the Sugar Blue colorway. - 80%PA 20%EA

Thermal bib shorts for training and racing in the cool, dry conditions of spring and fall. These shorts are built for cyclists committed to the racing and training program, regardless of falling temperatures. BEHIND THE PRODUCT These bib shorts are appropriate for cooler temperatures that don’t yet warrant knee or full-leg coverage. The thermal insulation is reinforced with inclusions (the twinDeck construction on the crotch panel) and omissions (we left out the kraterCooler chamois ventilation in that same panel) designed to preserve core warmth without providing too much coverage. The balance of warmth and breathability recommend these shorts for tempo efforts and base miles in cool temperatures, and the addition of warmers—secured with the shorts’ Ultralight Leg Grippers—lets them follow the mercury still further down the thermometer.

Our plushest insert, low-volume insulation, and targeted protection combine to create the definitive regular fit Winter bib tights for the harshest cold-weather conditions. BEHIND THE PRODUCT To engineer the first protection-oriented winter bib tights, we developed our IMPACTOR construction using a two-layer system that targets the hip panels. First, we adopted our durable ripstop dyneRope textile from our off-road equipment collection. Second, we re-engineered our removable impactPads with a more flexible, breathable design. The result is built-in abrasion resistance, impact protection, and frictionless ASSOS comfort that ensures you’re prepared for winter’s toughest environments.

The creation of this product started with a list of the things we wanted to fix about winter gloves: we wanted to make a glove that's warm without being bulky, is easy to get on and off, is mostly waterproof without having it suck in dry weather due to low breathability, and is super comfortable. We innovated everything on this glove, starting with the base fabrics: we've used a stretch water-resistant windproof outer shell over PrimaLoft Gold insulation to make it warm, and an insanely soft inner liner that happens to slide easily over even a sweaty hand for easy on/off. The wrist zipper allows the glove to open almost completely for ingress/egress and also slims up the glove so it doesn't look like a ski glove, even though it's good for moderately cold temperatures. - Rain or Shine product made to excel in both dry and wet conditions - PrimaLoft Gold insulation for warmth - YKK water-repellent zipper for easy on and off - Engineered silicone print for optimal grip - Water-repellent fabric for protection in wet conditions -Touchscreen inserts at fingertip

The baggy-short look without the feel, thanks to the slimmer fit and stretch woven fabric. It's ready for long-distance endurance rides, but it's also a great-looking casual short off the bike. - Stretch woven fabric with DWR finish - Extremely light so you won't even feel it on - 2 front pockets and 1 zippered rear pocket - Stretch waistband with zippered front opening - Scorpion button logo There are those days when a baggy short just seems like the right look. But you always debate whether you're willing to compromise comfort for that look, and you end up wearing Lycra®. So we set out to make a better baggy. We reached for a stretch woven fabric that gives great stretch but in an unbelievably lightweight yet durable fabric. We gave it a DWR finish so mud and water roll-off. We gave the short two top-opening pockets like jeans so that whatever you put in there won't fall out. We made the cut fairly close to the body so you look good off the bike but the short doesn't balloon out when you're on the bike. It all just kinda disappears. The short doesn't have its own seat pad, so wear this over your favorite Castelli short. The Superleggera is a good choice for warmer weather, or the Unlimited if you want the extra pockets.

LIGHT, DRY AND FAST Racing in the Alps in July is for a select few, but the products that come out of that experience are absolutely amazing for the rest of us. We made this jersey for the rigors of pro racing in hot weather and in the high mountains. It's extremely lightweight and features open fabrics for additional airflow and quick drying. And by using the same patterning as the Aero Race Jersey, we make sure you get maximum aerodynamics as well. Even if you don't race over the Galibier this summer, you'll love the soft stretch and great fit of this jersey, and you'll appreciate how it keeps you cool on the hottest days. Maybe you'll even do like the pro riders do and use it on wet days because it doesn't soak up any moisture. And you'll certainly appreciate that the fabric on the back blocks more than 90 percent of UV rays. - CFD-based fabric placement and seam construction - Engineered rapid cooling, light weight and aero efficiency - Flusso 3d fabric on front and side panels - Stradapro 3d back for breathability - Air mesh sleeves with raw-cut sleeve ending

Does gravel need a new dress code? maybe, but with fat tires and big-tubed bikes with bags on them, an aero jersey just doesn't look right. But why should you give up performance and comfort? that's the concept behind this jersey: all the performance of Castelli's best jerseys except the aerodynamics. First, we created a new fabric with leading Italian knitter Borgini. The lightweight fabric has a small horizontal stripe and a gorgeous soft hand. It maintains outstanding moisture management and ample horizontal stretch but has limited vertical stretch so your pockets don't sag. And it blocks 98% of uv rays. The jersey has a neutral fit to it: straighter in the body, extra space across the chest. Less drop from front to back. The design is clean and technical; even the chest stripe is embossed for tone-on-tone detailing. No more feeling self-conscious at your coffee stop. The jersey is full of thoughtful details, like a covered YKK front zipper, a fourth zippered key pocket, and bonded no-sew sleeve endings. - Interlock 115g 100% polyester fabric for excellent moisture management - Medium fit for comfort on the trail or road - Partially covered YKK Vislon zipper - 3 rear pockets with extra zippered security pocket - Embossed stripe across chest

If you had to choose one jersey to do it all, this would be the one. The name kind of says it all: Endurance. For your long rides, a jersey needs to be able to do it all, offering comfort, carrying capacity, a wide temperature range with sun protection, and good aerodynamics. This jersey checks all those boxes. The comfort comes from a close-to-body fit with stretchy fabrics so it doesn't feel tight. Four different fabrics keep you dry while covering every temperature range from mild to hot. And extra comfort comes from details like the flap behind the zipper to protect your neck and the stretch sleeves with raw-cut edges that never bind or constrict. The pockets feature Castelli's drop-pocket design, which places the pockets lower on the back for easier access. There's even a fourth zippered pocket for valuables. Your long rides and even your short rides will be faster with less effort because this jersey is also highly aerodynamic, especially through the sleeves and shoulders, which feature the same fabric used on several generations of our pro-level race jerseys. The old saying is jack of all trades, master of none. The Endurance Pro Jersey really is master of all. - Endurance and all-around jersey with mix of aerodynamics, comfort, and convenience - Velocity dimpled fabric on front and shoulders for faster drying - Air mesh sleeves with raw-cut sleeve ending - Multifilament fabric on back blocks 94% of UV rays - Nervato fabric at armholes for improved aerodynamics
